The last part (Part 3: reflecting shopping) of Jenna's
fall 2014 nutrition change -series goes back to the office where we started.
Jenna says what was the best buy of all the new and
exciting foods she tried.. Anyone surprised by the answer? :)
Now, at the end of 2015, the world has one more
totally kickass green, conscious and knowledgeable wood nymph amongst us, who
in return will enlighten the next person on better choices health-wise.
Eat great, feel great, be great!

Out shopping at a food store in the fall of 2014, when
Jenna shifted nutrition ( Jenna talks at office August 2014 ) Part One; Quality Teas.
We spent the first fifteen minutes at a tea shelf. It
was autumn, and beginning to get colder - as it is now in December. So it's
perfect time to add quality teas to your shelf.
Quality meaning, that of course you don't want to buy
and drink any unnecessary aromas and unnatural ingredients and all those
flavorings that you get from most of the "basic" cheap teas! Just
look at the back. Try to strive for all-natural spices, tea and flavorings from
natural sources, if any.
Note: Any teas at whole foods stores are pretty safe
and sound to try out.
Our favorites: Yogi, Forsman, Clipper, Numi, Shotimaa
and Pukka to name a few..
Wintery vibes!

Ineffable blog and the tribe now on Soundcloud!
It's been a year and four months now since Jenna
shifted from a carnivoristic "eats everything" lifestyle to a more
focused way of eating: adding greens, avoiding gluten, dairy and meat, and
listening what the body is telling. She struggled with several stomach related
symptoms, that ultimately lead to the kickstart of her nutrition change in
August 2014. You can hear about it by clicking this link:

FYI. This nutrition change wasn't a one or two week
thing for Jenna, it is still going strong(er, As is she!) thanks to more
mindful way of eating and living, which she will come back to later.
